FITNESS CLASSES:

  • CARDIO KICK AND BARRE FITNESS CLASSES. Lose fat and build lean muscles with movements inspired by both cardio kickboxing and ballet. The class integrates traditional body-weight resistance exercises with the muscle lengthening principles of ballet. 
  • The Cardio Kickboxing section will improve heart health, burn calories, tone the arms, core, legs and glutes. The Barre segment will focus on lifting the glutes and toning the hips and thighs. Both sections will target the core muscles, improve posture, help eliminate backaches, and flatten tummies (shoes are optional for both segments).
  • Cardio Kick and Barre is a progressive class that begins with fundamental exercises and progresses to more difficult options.  Participants use a chair as a pseudo Ballet Barre.  Bio-feedback techniques are used to help participants determine appropriate work levels. The class ends with flexibility exercises and relaxation techniques.
  • You’ll build a long, strong, and lean physique, lift and sculpt your derrière, and have fun while burning calories and fat!
  • $10.00 per one hour class
