As a personal trainer and coach
my primary objective is to encourage clients to take a more proactive role toward their own health. Generally when making healthy lifestyle changes, it is best to take small steps and make one or two changes at a time. Remember the wisdom of the old saying:
"Inch-by-inch, life's a cinch; yard-by-yard, life is hard!"
It can be extremely overwhelming to embark upon a completely new exercise and eating regimen, especially if one has been inactive and not eating properly over a long period of time. The good news is that it is never too late to start! Just start!
