The Groovy Workout Series is a compilation of 15 minute exercise sessions including cardio barre, cardio kickboxing, core strengthening activities and flexibility exercises. I designed and developed these classes to be progressive - each move begins as a fundamental exercise; more difficult options are demonstrated throughout each workout.

The cardiovascular section helps improve heart and lung health; the body weight and weight training sections increase bone density and muscle strength; the core section strengthens the abdominal and back muscles to help improve posture and balance; the flexibility exercises help to increase joint range of motion and help to alleviate muscle soreness; the relaxation words help to calm the mind and reduce stress.
