About Me
I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. At the age of 52, I achieved a life-long goal and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Southern Oregon University where I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health, Physical Education & Leadership, and a minor in Psychology.
I specialize in coaching and training women who are interested in improving and maintaining quality of life. I have taught a variety of fitness classes for 30 years, and in 2015 I created “Cardio Kick & Barre” Exercise Class.
I enjoy speaking to people of all ages on how to survive some of life’s most challenging situations.
In my spare time, I love spending time with family, especially trying to keep up with my two energetic grandchildren! I love socializing with friends, helping others, dancing, and listening to music. I thrive on outdoor activities, such as mountain biking, hiking, snowboarding, and working in my small vineyard.
It’s not where you start,
it’s where you finish that counts.
